No. Reordering is done entirely in your browser with pdf-lib, and thumbnails are rendered locally. Your document is never sent to or stored on a server, so rearranging pages in a private file is completely safe and leaves no copy anywhere.
Yes. Tab to focus a page, then hold Alt and press the left or right arrow keys to move that page earlier or later in the sequence. The tool is built to be fully keyboard accessible, not just mouse and touch driven.

Yes. Thumbnails render lazily and off the main thread, so even a document with a couple hundred scanned pages stays smooth to scroll and rearrange. Very large files use more memory, but the interface remains responsive throughout.
